Is your full responsibility to provide the correct address for us to elaborate a great shipping! We are not responsible if your package is lost, because address issues! We make sure we send a brand new merchandise!  After we send your package we are not responsible for any damage of your merchandise, we make sure we do a good shipping so you merchandise don’t get damaged, but unfortunately we don’t have any control of the post office!
